Food is causing my back pain

If you are the kind of person who stretches, exercises, and maybe even goes to the chiropractor, but you still have back pain the chances are the foods you are eating might be causing your pain.

Your body has what is called a pH of being Alkaline and a pH of being Acidic. If you can get your body to be 75% alkaline and 25% acidic you will feel better. Your back pain may decrease or maybe even go away.
