There are three different kinds of stress: environmental stress, relationship stress and work stress.

Here are some things you can do to help reduce your stress and it might even go away.

A healthy diet will help strengthen your immune system. A strong immune system helps keep your stress levels down. You should think about adding adaptogens to your diet. If you are experiencing relationship stress. Do your best to talk it out with the person or persons you are having disagreements with. It is possible you may need a professional relationship counselor to help things get better. If any of this doesn’t work, think about ending the relationship or relationships. You will feel better in the long run. Life is short.

If you are experiencing work stress. You don’t feel good when you are on the way to work and you feel worse when you get there. Maybe you don’t get along with an employee. Talk it out. If that doesn’t work go to your boss and explain what you are feeling. If it is your boss that makes you feel horrible. Go to the owner of the business and complain. If that doesn’t help. It is time to find a new job. Life is short.

SUPER powers of GREEN TEA

Green Tea: if I was to drink any kind of tea I would choose green tea because of its amazing weight loss benefits and health benefits. Green tea contains an element called catechins which helps you lose weight. Green tea catechins tell your body to use more energy. When you use more energy you burn more fat.

I recommend drinking 1 to 3 cups of green tea everyday. If you are sensitive to caffeine you can drink decaffeinated green tea. You will lose some catechin power but the tea will still help you lose weight. If you don't have time to drink green tea you can find the perfectly blended amount in SUPERBLEND 9.

Believe it or not if you drink green tea you will get smarter. Destroys sickness especially if you have mouth bacteria. Keeps your gums and teeth healthy. Decreases type 2 diabetes risk as well as cardiovascular disease. Green tea may help you live longer. How cool is that!
