When sugar and dairy is added to chocolate it is made unhealthy. Cacao trees grow in South and Central America. The cacao bean is the most healthy part of the tree. I eat raw chocolate everyday. I like to mix raw cacao powder into one of my supplements to make sure I get my daily dose of cacao.
