Bilberry- The European blueberry, is an excellent source of antioxidants and flavonoids. Bilberries help support gut flora, healthy aging and vision. In fact, legend has it that fighter pilots during World War 2 would eat bilberries to help improve night vision!
Organic bilberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E and K. Bilberries are also a good source of the minerals chromium, manganese, iron and zinc.
Directions: Take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals.
