An antioxidant is an all natural substance that reduces the damage of free radicals that break down cells within the body. When the body breaks down it will become weak, sick or diseased.
Examples of antioxidants are Vitamin C, Vitamin E, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene and selenium.
