Herbs, Mushrooms, and Superfoods to Eat for a Healthy Heart

Everyday your heart beats about 100,000 times. Your heart pumps blood throughout your body which keeps all your organs alive and healthy. Here is a list of 50 or more heart healthy foods that you should add to your diet.
